Scope Of Work
Hilton’s first triple-brand hotel, consisting of Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Home2 Suites, will encompass 380,000 square feet over 23 floors and will feature 466 guest rooms and suites.
Located at 123 E. Cermak Road with a skybridge to the McCormick Place Convention Center, the hotels will offer travelers accommodations with value-added amenities that emphasize comfort, convenience and productivity. The hotels will have three distinct lobbies and dining areas – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – while sharing many common amenities, including an exercise room, indoor pool, business center and extensive meeting space, and a 9,500-square-foot rooftop dining lounge.
The structure will feature ground floor retail and restaurants.
