Scope Of Work
Nicholson Building performed the excavation for the foundation, and the five foot over excavation required for two six unit housing. We installed the water and sewer services. The Installation of the utilities was challenging because the water for all 12 units is connected to one meter pit. The project provided many unique challenges due to the location of the lot and utility services. We were able to provide sensible solutions that allowed the project to move forward.
