Scope Of Work

The Barrington of Carmel is a Senior Living Community that offers luxurious living accommodations in Carmel, Indiana. Barrington has five sister communities located in Texas; making this community one of kind in the Midwest. Barrington offers on-site healthcare including assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support. 

TP Mechanical was hired to install the plumbing for this project. The weather conditions provided a challenge as they were not always favorable. In order to keep the piping and fittings clean, an ISO certified fabrication facility was utilized to assemble the piping. The fabrication facility prefabricated the following items:

• Underground piping
• Fittings on PVC Piping for underground sanitary, storm mains, and branch piping
• Wall piping
• Shower valves
• Domesticated water
• Lavatory drops
• Pex manifolds
• Water softener skids
• Backflows skids

Having all the units prefabricated helped keep the piping clean, but it also allowed us to control installation cost once we got in the field. By saving time and utilizing prefabrication, we successfully completed the project.
