Scope Of Work

The 24-story, 1,765,351 square foot Grand America Hotel is located on extensively landscaped 10 acres in downtown Salt Lake City. This structural concrete, post-tensioned hotel boasts a five-star rating with 905 guest rooms, 777 of them suites (including 395 exquisite suites) with many amenities like Murano crystal chandeliers, English wool carpets, Carrara Italian marble, and the finest fabrics are featured in all suites and rooms. Elegant French doors separate the bedroom from the living area in the spacious 880 square-foot suites. All rooms offer marble bathrooms, high-speed Internet connections and dual-line telephones. 

There is 75,000 square feet of meeting space with three ornate ballrooms, each with private pre-function space, and 21 meeting rooms and boardrooms. All meeting rooms have extensive telecommunication and audio visual backbone cabling systems, which allow for numerous telephone, data, video, and audio distribution via fiber optics, data-rated twisted pair, and coax.  Hotel amenities include a four-story garden wing, retail shops, lounges, indoor and outdoor pools, health club and spa, beauty salon, business center and a 1,200-car underground parking garage
