This Cement Fiber siding project was almost 50,000 sq. ft. of Premium colored panels and trims. With any project this large there are many obstacles to overcome. With this project being new construction, there were many other tradesmen working onsite. At times, we had to work around them and their equipment and other times we had to completely re-mobilize to another section of building. The overall conditions of the jobsite grounds were treacherous: large water holes, huge ruts in the ground and very muddy made things very difficult. The panel colors chosen for this project were: Mountain Sage and Heather Moss. The trims needed are not offered in these colors, therefore all of the trims in these colors were painted to match the panels. Every nail hole was sealed with the premium color “touch-up” kits. Every panel and trim was sealed with color matched sealant. All of these little details were very tedious and time consuming. All of the long days and hard work paid off, these new luxury apartments are now ready to move in to!
