Scope Of Work
Due to our Design/Build expertise and knowledge, Streicher Construction was chosen as the design/build contractor for this project. The project consisted of 47,869 sq ft Design/Build wood frame masonry veneer medical office building plus exterior site work and multi-tenant design/build finish out of the facility of self-performed concrete (interior, exterior, and foundations), structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, windows and doors, and miscellaneous specialties. Oversaw and coordinated glass/glazing, masonry, floorcovering, grading, wall covering, mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
