Scope Of Work
Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD) selected Cadence McShane to serve as Construction Manager At-Risk for the new construction and renovation assignment at Bethany Elementary School located at 2418 Micarta Drive in Plano, Texas. The project incorporates 15,127 square feet of new construction and 60,734 square feet of renovation that will be completed in phases by Cadence McShane. New construction will be incorporated throughout the facility's classroom area in order to achieve Texas Education Agency (TEA) sized classrooms and support space. The administrative office area will also undergo an expansion to accommodate the necessary school personnel. Throughout renovation, components within the building will be updated and modernized through new wall and floor coverings, lighting, building and life safety systems and classroom equipment and technology.
