Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane has completed the renovation and new construction services for Brinker Elementary School in Plano, Texas on behalf of Plano Independent School District. The assignment included the renovation of 67,676 square feet and the new construction of 21,048 square feet.
Construction incorporated the enlargement of existing classrooms to allow greater flexibility and technology requirements as well as expansions to the gymnasium, kitchen and cafeteria. Sitework included a new parking area, sidewalks, playground pad and landscaping. Brinker Elementary School remained open throughout construction utilizing the safety procedures of the Cadence McShane professionals.
