Cadence McShane recently completed the comprehensive new construction of CarMax, Inc., an automotive dealership facility totaling 21,337 square feet located on an 8.5-acre site in Katy, Texas.
Cadence McShane constructed the new single-story auto dealership with an attractive tiltwall concrete exterior that incorporated a well-appointed showroom. The complex also included a five-bay mechanics service area, a customer waiting area, 169 customer and employee parking spaces and a generously-sized sales lot that accommodates 356 vehicles. The CarMax facility provides direct access to Interstate 10 and is located just west of Grand Parkway.
