Cadence McShane Construction was selected to complete the 13,000 square foot Darieds Salon & Spa Pangea tenant improvement at The Village at Fairview mixed-use development in Fairview, Texas.
The assignment included a reception area, cafe with kitchen, cut and style area, manicure and pedicure area, 12 unique spa areas including the Pangea Spa area, Spa Lounges, and other auxiliary spaces like dispensaries, break rooms, restrooms, laundry area and administrative offices along with the exterior storefront and glass canopy work.
