Will is the founder of WGPITTS and led the construction of in excess of 150 projects which include office parks, shopping centers, industrial buildings, condominiums, estate homes, golf club houses and parks for well-respected names in the industry was elected Vice Chairman of the Associated General Contractors of Florida (2006-2008) was named as a 2002 Top 40 Executives Under 40 in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

Terry's experience spans an 18-year period with the WG Pitts as a superintendent, QC and safety manager, and project manager. Tery's leadership abilities and dedication to safety, quality and detail have made him an asset to the WG Pitts team. Tery also has certification in OSHA and Technical Shoring.

Jorge Suazo serves as the Director of Business Development for WGPITTS Jorge brings over 25 years of real estate brokerage and development experience to WGPITTTS. Jorge was previously the Principal Broker, at KW (Keller Williams) Commercial Atlantic Partners in Jacksonville, Florida. where he was responsible for the recruiting, training and retention of 10 commercial real estate agents specializing in acquisition and sales of multifamily, retail, office, warehouse, light industrial, land, specialty purpose type properties and commercial leasing services.
