Aerial™ Floors, manufactured by AERIAL PRECAST CONCRETE, LLC is an excellent solution for concrete floor or roof systems.  The pre-cast system is designed and fabricated at our plant according to customer specifications and is installed at the construction site by our experienced team.  The processes, developed over decades, have proven to be so successful and buyer-friendly that our company has more than doubled in size in the last five years.  Aerial™ Floors is an entirely safe system that is highly customizable and designed to fit both individual and tract projects.  In addition, it is both cost and time effective.

Structural or Non-Structural steel beams and columns fabricated to your design specifications.

Steel joist and metal deck systems for floors and roofs are available for spans up to 60'-0", open web steel bar joist are designed and fabricated at our facility as per the clients specifications.  Expert installation of steel joist and metal deck is provided as per SJI specifications.

Precast concrete parking bumpers are manufactured in a standard length of 5'-10" and standard height of 4-1/2".  An excellent product for use in car garages, parking garages, office parking lots and shopping center parking lots.
