Scope Of Work
Summit was selected by NCDOT as the prime consultant for the Monroe Expressway connection from US 74 near I-485 in Mecklenburg County to US 74 between Wingate and Marshville in Union County. Summit provided construction engineering inspections, structures inspections and materials sampling and testing. Summit had provided one Resident Engineer, three assistant Resident Engineers and 34 technicians between our own and our sub-consultant’s employees. There were over 37 bridges and 21 box culverts that underwent construction.
