Nolan Construction Company (NCC), founded by Daniel P. Nolan in 1999, is a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor providing complete construction related services for all types of commercial and residential projects throughout Southeast Florida. NCC works closely with its clients and the entire project team to ensure each project meets or exceeds the requirements of all interested parties. NCC provides complete “turn-key” construction services designed to efficiently manage projects allowing owners to participate in as much or as little of the construction process as they desire.

Nolan Construction Company has a team of highly qualified personnel which represent countless years of project experience in commercial and residential construction. NCC experience includes but is not limited to new construction and exterior and interior renovations of Commercial Spaces, Offices, Build-Outs, Retail Spaces, Hotels, Restaurants, Banks and Warehouses. Residentially NCC has experience in the new construction and renovation of estate homes, hi-rise condominium buildings and multi-family communities.
