Scope Of Work
As the civil engineer for this 48,000 square foot data center located on an 8-acre site in the Westover Hills area, Pape-Dawson was responsible for the design of redundant electrical feed to the site, coordination with the communications purveyor to provide redundant communications service, facility design, raised floor design (slab at different grades), coordination of all utilities (e.g., sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water), storm drain improvements, site grading, and stormwater pollution abatement.
