Scope Of Work
This high-rise residential tower project was ground-up, new construction of a 475,720-square-foot, 38-level apartment building comprising 403 units, with two penthouse levels and a three-story underground garage with car-stackers. At the project’s peak, CEI employed more than 40 electricians on our scope of work, which included all electrical systems, fire alarm, low voltage, security and A/V rough-in. As levels were completed, phased occupancy took place with tenants moving in during final construction.
The ground level includes the main entrance lobby, valet services, amenity spaces and back-of-house space. Exterior terraces are accessible on the third level and the 35th level terrace offers a lovely view of the city with barbecue, bocce ball and an outdoor lounge area on the patio. The 35th level also includes amenities such as conference rooms, rentable spaces, a fitness room, spa/sauna and full spin studio.
