10,500 SF two-story conventional steel building with combination brick and EIFS exterior with standing seam metal roof • Extensive Storefront Systems to maximize natural lighting • Custom, site-fabricated curved metal roofing – main, rear entrances and central elevated roof • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems integrated for maximum efficiency
High-level finishes, including: - Woodwork/cabinetry - Natural stone tile flooring in main lobby - High-grade carpet in offices - Automated lighting controls throughout - Entirely tiled restrooms (floors and walls) - Extensive Data System - Level III drywall finish/eggshell
