Development overview • 3400 SF new turn key building on one-acre site • Invited hard bid then stipulated sum contract; design included • Development of one-acre site into two half-acre sites: one for resale by owner and one for occupation by owner • In-ground gutter and downspout water collection system • Extensive landscaping per P.O.A. requirements • Two parking lots: client and employees Building features • Wood framed structure with structural steel columns • Assorted exterior finishes, including: EIFS stucco, wood facia/trim, cultured stone walls and custom wood Bahama shutters • Decorative solid wood front and interior doors, aluminum-clad wood windows • Standing seam metal and asphalt shingle roof; rounded downspouts and decorative roof finial • Upgraded interior finishes including custom cabinetry with solid surfaces, LVT flooring, and LED lighting throughout
