Scope Of Work

This project is located at the entrance to the New Albany Research and Information District and consists a new facility for a company involved in research and development, and the manufacturing of sterile pharmaceutical products.

The program included administrative offices, research and development laboratories, manufacturing, and warehouse space. Each of the three program functions are housed in their own buildings of varying sizes and heights, which are connected by a common atrium space. The buildings are clad in white metal siding of different profiles to give them a sense of their own identity but still provide a cohesive and unified design.
