Scope Of Work
This building is a 500′ x 1,000′ pre-cast concrete and pre-engineered steel structure with a metal standing seam roof. The building was a build-to-suit distribution center for a leaseback to Commodity Logistics. The building has a 32′ clear height. It is single loaded with a nine door rail siding on the rear of the building which was designed to handle paper products from Mead Paper.
