This building is a 200′ x 400′ pre-cast concrete and pre-engineered steel structure with a metal standing seam roof. It was a build-to-suit building for Eastgate Partners. It was designed to serve four tenants. Each 20,000 tenant space has four dock doors and a drive thru door.
