Scope Of Work
Eastport Business Park was started in 1999 with the construction of a 500,000 SF distribution center for CalEast, the East Coast division of CalPERS. The building was leased initially by Commodity Logistics. The park was built out by 2005 and now encompasses five buildings comprising more than 1.8 million SF. Two of the structures have active rail spurs from the CSX main line running adjacent to the park.
