Scope Of Work
This mixed use business park was started in 1997 with the construction of a 55,000 SF factory for C & R Machine Tool, followed by a 320,000 SF spec warehouse. The park, which was built out by 2001, now comprises ten buildings and more than 1,510,000 SF, including manufacturing facilities, flex office/warehouse space, and an office building.
