Scope Of Work
This building is a 120′ x 440′ pre-cast and pre-engineered structure with a metal standing seam roof. It was a build-to-suit project for Meritex Westbelt Properties. The building was designed to serve ten tenants. Each 5,280 SF tenant space has one dock door and one drive thru door.
