Scope Of Work
This building is a 120′ x 400′ pre-cast concrete and pre-engineered steel structure with an EPDM rubber membrane roof. It was constructed to accommodate up to 12 tenants. Each tenant space has its own dock door and drive thru door. The building features a unique curved architectural front.
