Scope Of Work
In 2008, Fed One, in partnership with Centerpointe Development Company, acquired 190 acres in West Jefferson, Ohio. In 2011, West Jeff Partners sold 50 acres to Target for the construction of a 230,000 SF freezer/cooler building adjacent to their distribution center. West Jeff Partners has retained a 38-acre and a 102-acre parcel for further development. This land will accommodate up to 2.6 million SF of distribution space.
