Scope Of Work
Setterlin served as the design/builder responsible for constructing this new 275,000 SF warehouse addition that houses bottling facilities and storage for 7UP. We performed extensive value engineering to lower the projected costs by $2 million. We also overcame significant challenges posed by the site; it required over 100,000 cubic yards of fill to be brought in to achieve the required elevation. The project was completed in 2004, on time and under budget.
