Scope Of Work

Setterlin has completed numerous renovations over the past 20 years for Columbus Distributing, including a 120,000 square foot cold storage facility, office building, parking structure, truck service facility and warehouse. This work was performed in three phases to ensure uninterrupted product distribution. A majority of our projects here have been completed in an occupied facility with a tight schedule.
