Scope Of Work
Locally known as The District on West Green, the project expanded an existing dining hall and provided drastic improvements to the food service and dining space. A small campus market was also created to serve the residence halls in the area. As general contractor, Setterlin completed the $9.4 million renovation in eight months. Since its completion, the project has achieved LEED Gold certification and an ABC of Central Ohio Pyramid Award.
