Scope Of Work
Setterlin built three large warehouse/office buildings at Rickenbacker Industrial Park. The first, a 22’ high structure, was built to be very flexible so that many different tenants could be accommodated. It was also built to be very durable with solid concrete walls and loading docks. Setterlin completed construction on this facility in 1999. The second warehouse structure is 58,000 SF and was constructed for less than $30/SF. The third, a 40,000 square foot structure completed in 2001, was built to accommodate 10 tenants. The cross-dock building has 13 loading docks on the street side and 10 oversize docks on the runway side.
