In a typical year we will build 10 to 15 single family homes, complete several home remodeling/addition projects, and construct one or two light commercial building projects. This volume allows us to provide the personal service necessary to successfully complete your home or commercial project. Lynn Delagrange will build from your plans and specifications, or we will help design a new home or commercial building customized to your specific needs.

We build within a 60 mile radius of Fort Wayne Indiana. We are licensed in Indiana and Ohio and maintain good working relationships with county and town building and planning departments within this radius by continuously producing a quality product that meets or exceeds local and national building codes. We have developed one of the best rosters of home and commercial subcontractors and suppliers to be found in this area. These companies work with our superintendent, Ron Schrock, who uses his building experience to ensure that projects are progressing on time and with the quality you (and we) expect. He is also responsible for guaranteeing that, should your custom new home or commercial building need service work, it will be addressed promptly and will be resolved satisfactorily.
