Ferguson Construction Co.

As a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, Douglas L. Fortkamp serves as president at
Ferguson Construction. After earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1995, he started
as a project manager for Ferguson in 1997. He later earned his M.S. in Business Administration from Wright State
University in 2001.

Mr. Fortkamp is a LEED Accredited Professional. He currently provides executive leadership and general management
guidance for the company

Mr. Grieshop serves as Ferguson Construction Company as CFO. He has been with the company for over the past 9 years.

Mr. Grieshop earned a B.S. in Business Administration degree in Accounting in 2001 from The Ohio State University and a Master of Taxation for Accountants in 2004 from Capital University Law School.

He is responsible for overseeing all of Ferguson financial matters as well as implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and ensures sound financial reporting for internal and external purposes.

With more than 39 years of experience in the construction industry, Martin (Mick) Given currently acts as CEO and
chairman of the board. Mick attended the University of Dayton and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in
1979.

After graduating, he joined Ferguson Construction Company as an estimator/project manager. During his time at
Ferguson, Mick served as president for last 17 years, before becoming CEO and Chairman of the Board in 2018. Before
that he served as executive vice president, and operations manager for Ferguson.

Currently, he is responsible for all management and leadership of the company’s board. Also, he is in charge of the
company’s long term strategy.

Mick is very active in the community, and currently serves on many boards.

With more than 28 years of construction experience, Thomas E. Snapp currently serves as a senior vice president and officer of the company.

After four years in the Marine Corps, and a B.S. in Business from Wright State, Mr. Snapp joined Ferguson in 1994.

Mr. Snapp concentrates on negotiating and securing construction contracts, oversees pre-construction services, and works to develop new corporate business opportunities.

Mr. Stiver has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He currently serves as vice president – operations manager for the company.

Mr. Stiver earned a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Industrial Management in 1996 from Bowling Green State University.

Mr.Stiver is responsible for corporate operations of all Ferguson’s Ohio and Indiana offices.  Jason’s primary responsibilities are management of multiple projects including schedule, cost control, and overall operational coordination including FCC’s self performing labor forces.

Mr. Stiver is active in his community currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Wilson Health.  Jason also coaches multiple youth sports for his three active children.

Thomas Bergman serves as Human Resource Manager at Ferguson. He has more than 40 years of construction experience and has been with Ferguson for more than 33 years.

Mr. Bergman started as a field employee in 1987. Ten years later, he managed the masonry division. In 2008 Mr. Bergman transition into the role of Human Resource manager after receiving his PHR and SHRM-CP. He is responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, creating company policies, and helping organize events.

In Mr. Bergman’s free time, he is active with Habitat for Humanity. He is on advisory boards for numerous universities and career tech institutes. Mr. Bergman is also involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters.
