Chad Nightingale is the founder and president of Nightingale Co. A licensed builder and general contractor, he started Nightingale Co. in 2002 and grew the company while maintaining a dedicated and committed emphasis on design and craftsmanship. Passionate about design and architecture, Chad has been involved in construction since the age of 15. A former finish carpenter, he now incorporates that creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of the company. Being a purist at heart, Chad relies heavily on the timeless traditions of his craft to successfully accomplish challenging and innovative projects. He is strongly versed in every aspect of the industry and always looks forward to bringing his client’s projects to life!

Chris is our Project Operations Specialist. All the back-end details of the project flow through him, from scheduling, permits, subcontractor negotiations, to cash flow. His background in operations, and having worked for a large-scale broadcasting company, brings proficiency and technical ability to his craft.

Claire is a interior design graduate from Baker College. She works with us to make sure a design eye is put into every detail of our projects. Working with our clients, designers, architects, and staff to make sure the details are clear and accessible.

Keith comes from an operational and tech background and brings his experience to support our Development and Design staff. Keith leads the selections process and coordinates with designers, architects, clients, and trades to make sure all materials are accounted for and ready for the project.

Matthew Marchesi has been in the trades for decades and joined the team as the paint and Custom Finish Superintendent. He quickly transitioned into a management role and has been a superintendent since 2015. Matthew has a strong commitment to an excellent product and excels at training and motivating his team to meet Nightingale Company’s exceptional standards. Matthew is often drawn to challenges as he enjoys finding innovative solutions to problems. His commitment to direct and open communication paired with his extensive knowledge and experience have made his projects flourish.

Madison is our development manager. She works with clients and the design teams to make sure the materials and details of the project are selected, documented, and co-ordinated to the site. She believes in functional design that is executed to it’s top calibre, while providing clients and team members with genuine service and support. She completed her degree in Interior Design and received a minor in Business from Liberty University. She is a motivated, ideation individual whose goal is to help clients bring to life their ideas through creating cohesive spaces.

Anthony is a Project Superintendent with decades of experience in the trades. As a former finish carpenter, he can jump in and problem solve with the best of them. A clear communicator and stickler for the details, he is always managing the small things so you don't have to

Custom wainscot, intricate cabinet details, creative trim solutions, and bespoke material applications are just a few of the skillsets Bruce posseses. To make a long story short he is the guy we bring in when no one else can do it.

Chris Lawrence is a experienced project manager and ran his own company for 10 years before joining the team in 2016. Chris started working with wood when he was 12 years old. His father was a wood shop and industrial arts teacher in Rochester schools for 13 years between Rochester High School and Adams High School. His passion for woodworking stems from over 4 generations of not only builders, but furniture makers and other craftsmen. In fact, Chris still uses tools that have been passed down through these generations today!

Chuck Bittner is a well-seasoned Project Manager in the construction industry who began his career in the Rochester, MI area over 30 years ago. Moving to the mountains of Southern California then to the Central New Mexico mountains, he developed his skills working in and managing projects in the remodeling industry as well as new construction. Proud to be back in his hometown since 2003, his knowledge coupled with his exceptional experience gives him the necessary tools to bring your vision into reality.

Matt is a Army vet who brings his loyalty and dedication to all his projects. Working in the trades for many years as a mason and a small stint as a electrcian has given him real world application to run his projects and execute the details.

Mia is our intern and helps out wherever she can. Eager to learn and help out, look for her smiling face at the office or out on the job sites.

Paige is unafraid of hard work and learning the right way. She is critical to making sure our projects keep moving forward and get done right.
