Scope Of Work
Major relocation project for Tenant Nevada Power Company. Included 105,000 SF concrete and steel mezzanine located inside 288,000 SF Shell Building. Tenant Improvements included high finish office improvements including reception area, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, elevator and full service kitchen. Included emergency generator for emergency related functions.
Electrical service consisted of three 400 Amp 480 Volt 3 phase main equipment rooms with redundant service between each room. Included extensive surveillance and security systems with card readers, touch pads and optic readers. HVAC systems including cooling towers, chillers with cold water under floor computer room, air conditioning cooling systems as well as VAV systems.
Project also included a 25,000 SF vehicle maintenance building with service bays, vehicle lifts, fluid dispensing systems, overhead crane, etc. Site work included 15 acres of paving for vehicle parking and staging.
