Scope Of Work
This project was located in Madera, CA. This project consisted of a 5,000 square foot tenant improvement to an existing structure. The work consisted of demolition of all existing finishes including ceilings, lighting, flooring, doors and hardware. The new construction consisted of a new space plan including metal studs and drywall, new lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, flooring, doors and hardware. All concrete activities were self-performed.
