Scope Of Work
This design/build, build-to-suit headquarters consists of approximately 94,000 SF of office, manufacturing, and warehouse space. The new facility allows the company to showcase their products and demonstrate the care with which they are manufactured. The building also includes a customer experience area where visitors can learn about products and surgeons can demonstrate them in a surgical lab. Tours of the facility are part of the sales process and the new space has been designed to support visitors without disrupting its operations.
