Ponderosa Builders was founded on the tenets of quality workmanship, professional and courteous customer service, and on-time and on budget delivery of projects. Ponderosa Builders of North Florida, Inc. is a Florida State certified building contractor operating under the direction of its owner and President Steve B. Kimmel, since the late 1970’s.

Ponderosa builds all sizes of both commercial and residential projects varying from new construction, additions, renovations and remodels. Our experience and commitment to excellence allows us to confidently commence the construction of any plans brought to us by a client, from blueprint to completed project.
