Mission Statement:
To provide effective assistance to contractors and users to obtain "Fair and Reasonable" settlement of any dispute involving delays, delay damages or costs. Further, to negotiate the issue to resolution so as to avoid unnecessary legal fees until or unless the issue goes into litigation. If litigation is unavoidable, to offer the client a range of excellent legal assistance should he or she decline the use of their own legal team.

Over 50 years of successful construction and construction issues experience, including for the past 8 years effective claim resolution.
