Scope Of Work
Graycor provided Design-Build services for this 100,000-square-foot distribution center addition that included 60,000 square feet of cold storage space and 40,000 square feet of dry storage space.
The addition included a refrigerated meat room slab replacement, server room, emergency generator, primary power feed, men’s and women’s locker room expansion, sampling rooms, added forklift charging stations, break rooms remodel, office conference room and kitchen/break room addition, and new parking lot. Scope of work included conduit runs through the existing space to feed new panels for the expansion, relocation of charging stations to add more capacity, data switch over, rack re-use sequencing from existing to new and MEP work.
