Scope Of Work
This is a Child Day Care facility located in East Vancouver, Wa. The business is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm with 137 children from the ages of infant to 5 yrs. old. The scope of the project was to replace the existing VCT flooring with a new Luxury Vinyl Plank product. The total area was approximately 8,200 sq ft. We had to pull up the existing VCT tile, come though and skim coat the entire surface to have it ready for new flooring and install the new flooring itself.
The project was completed on nights and weekends so not to disturb the facility and the children during normal operating hours.
Owners and care takers are very pleased and amazed at how well it holds up to all of the children's activities.
