Our Story

Pac Comm, Inc. provides heavy civil construction services for Government and Commercial Clients. These services include: marine construction, dredging, shoreline restoration, site work, demolition, general construction and specialty marine equipment.

Pac Comm. Inc. (PAC) is a Florida-based small disadvantaged, Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified Contractor with a specialty in various construction applications. Our current 8(a) certification program ends on February 1, 2019. Our team’s diverse skill set has enabled successful execution of a wide range of projects for clients that include the Department of Defense, Department of Interior, Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Transportation, and various other state, county, municipal and commercial clients. PAC has been serving the construction industry since 2005 with a specialty in logistically challenging and remote nature projects.

PAC recently expanded our area of coverage by purchasing a new facility in Brunswick, Georgia and has added satellite offices in Bradenton, Florida; Eglin AFB and recently added a North Charleston, South Carolina office. The Brunswick Marine Terminal is situated on the East River adjacent to the Georgia Port Authority. This facility offers 200 feet of bulkhead with capabilities of loading and unloading from barges and rail. All of these locations are certified as SBA bonafide offices and provide our clients with a localized approach to serve their construction needs. These offices provide Heavy Civil, Marine/Land and General Construction services to clients.

PAC takes pride in the fact that we own the necessary equipment and self-perform work to the fullest extent possible. We also employ local work forces and resources. In 2014, PAC expanded into the Florida Panhandle including services to Eglin AFB on a 5-year Demolition IDIQ and completion of a project for Gulf County in Port St. Joe, Florida. Our expansion into the Florida Panhandle includes increasing our geographical coverage into the Alabama coast.
