We specialize in estimating, managing and building corporate interior projects, medical space, office warehouse and retail space. We also have the experience and capacity to build base building projects up to three stories.

Founded and Incorporated in May of 2004, Vintage Constructors is locally owned and operated.

Vintage strives to be a testimony of how hard work, integrity and the ability to achieve success can be reached in a competitive marketplace.

Our primary focus is on client relationships; these relationships help us build a trust and understanding related to the customer’s needs. Bringing the experience gained from our project portfolio, we share our experience with each tenant, owner and Broker. From historical information to cost analysis, we help our clients reach their project goals. We never view a particular project as one, we see it as the beginning of many future projects to build-out or renovate while developing a relationship that is long term.

With 40 years of combined experience in Commercial Corporate office Interiors, we have the knowledge to facilitate and manage base building and site developments, medical office and surgical centers, retail stores, restaurants, industrial office interiors and provide project management services.

Our company philosophy within Vintage Constructors Inc. is simple, "Build it as if you own it". We take pride in the efforts of our Project and Field managers. It is our goal to take ownership of any challenge we undertake.
