Primer Construction is a full service firm which was found in 1985 that provides comprehensive services in civil, structural, environmental engineering, construction, and public- private partnership services. Our experience includes new building construction, building rehabilitation, excavation, sheeting, shoring, pile driving, foundation, retaining walls, landscaping, electrical, HVAC, municipal water and sewer work, drainage, road and underground utility work, concrete, bridge decks, road construction, paving, demolition and environmental remediation.
