Higgins is an independently owned environmental consulting company established in 1996 which focuses on safety, quality services, reasonable costs, and unsurpassed customer service. Our focus on these areas has allowed Higgins to become an established company with offices in Colorado, Texas, Florida and New Mexico. Because of our independence, Higgins organizational structure provides flexibility to meet our customer’s needs and requirements.

Higgins staff has extensive experience performing environmental work associated with underground storage tanks (UST), pipelines, bulk terminals, exploration and production (E&P), as well as upstream petroleum facilities. Higgins also provides Environmental Health and Safety services including training, job safety evaluations, safety audits, air sampling, and various other industrial hygiene services as well as asbestos, mold, PCB’s and lead based paint sampling.

The integration of environmental consulting and safety services in our everyday activities means safety is not just a “buzz word” but an integral part of our business philosophy.
