Scope Of Work

300 South Tryon is a 25 story, 21st century sustainable workplace office tower that forms a distinctive, contemporary profile on the skyline of Charlotte, North Carolina. Situated on South Tryon Street, the primary commercial thoroughfare of uptown and overlooking the newly completed Romare Bearden Park and the Charlotte Knights urban baseball stadium, it is ideally situated within the downtown fabric of this vibrant city. The 300 block of Tryon is the geographic nexus between the Square, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and the Levine Center for the Arts and the Duke Energy Center. Four levels of below grade parking, approximately 225,600 S.F. with 410 parking stalls, a service/loading dock with seven docks-12,000 S.F., separate trash area, dock master office, building facilities office and staging area will service the development. The Tryon Street level Building Entry Lobby and street level retail will front on active 3rd St. pedestrian Linear park and the main Entry Plaza on Tryon Street. The amenities level occupies the second level and features meeting rooms, conference center, fitness center-Spa and other hotel amenities, this level plus the Church Street level Hotel Lobby anchor the base of the building at the 3rd St. and Church St. Corner embracing the Romare Bearden Park. Two banks of high speed elevators will service the mid and high rise portions of the tower which culminates in multiple penthouse levels that offer exceptional views of the surrounding city skyline, stadiums, park and distant mountain vistas.
