The NASCAR Tower is 19-stories of class A office space that is connected to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The tower was being built at the same time the Hall of Fame and the parking deck were under construction which made construction, logistics and coordination between projects a true challenge. Material staging and trucking space was very limited, limited to only 1-2 loads per day being delivered to the site. The radiused/cantilevered floors on either side of the building created some
unusual opportunities but added a very unique look to the charlotte skyline.
