Our Story

For over 30 years Pentz has been a respected leader in supplying high quality aluminum castings. Established in 1972, Pentz Cast Solutions AKA Pentz Design is a full service aluminum foundry specializing in the production of permanent mold and precision sand cast aluminum components.

Pentz Cast Solutions is ISO 9001:2008 Compliant.

We supply high quality aluminum castings for defense, medical, electronics, aerospace, marine, automotive, semi conductor and many other industries.

Pentz specializes in providing complete cast solutions from concept to finished part.

We offer design, prototyping, tool making, casting, heat treatment, machining, NDT, anodizing, painting, plating and assembly services.

Pentz’s modern facility is utilizes automated green sand, precision dry sand and permanent mold casting processes. The facility is complimented by a full, in-house machine shop with 4th and 5th axis CNC machining capability.

We routinely meet the most demanding casting requirements for dimensional tolerances, strength, vacuum and pressure tightness.
