It was initiated in 1983, as a consulting firm in Karachi Pakistan, with just a handful of employees. The market responded positively and soon the company grew its business in Project & Construction Management and Real Estate Development. The firm completed many design-built projects in Residential, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.

In 2001, the company started its office in Houston Texas and completed many reputable projects in residential, commercial and institutional sectors. Our main focus was the staff development ensuring that our employees have the tools and training to deliver service well above the industry average. We also focused on client relationship, ensuring that our extremely high standards of client service are upheld.

We also provide Turnkey services, including concept development, architectural & engineering design, and space planning for interested clients. Our team of architects, engineers and professional staff at Iklo can tailor their expertise to meet individual project needs and can tackle any unforeseen changes or modifications that might arise during the design and construction process in a technically sound manner.
