Scope Of Work
SIZE: 260,000 SF retail, 64-acres
This lifestyle center, located at the intersection of Interstate 64 and Lake Saint Louis Boulevard, is expected to total almost 500,000-square-feet. In its initial phase, Brinkmann Constructors built 260,000-square-feet of retail space in four buildings encompassing junior anchors, restaurants, and specialty retail stores. Additionally, a 366-space parking garage was constructed in 2008. The garage features a 60-foot long pedestrian bridge from the parking garage to the center’s anchor store.
Features include a large central plaza consisting of a large clock tower, stage area, brick paver walkways, and main entrance monuments. This project offers tremendous curb appeal and unlimited use of modern masonry.
