Scope Of Work
Capital Village was purchased by Wig Properties at the end of 2020. The shopping center contains over 150,000 square feet of retail space and is located on a 16.13 acre parcel. The center was originally built in 1978. It is anchored by national tenants including Ace Hardware, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, USPS and Burger King.
